All services are provided on a project or subscription basis as outlined in your individual service agreement.
No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver measurable results, Golden Wave Consulting does not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or lead conversion rates. Results may vary based on your industry, market conditions, and the quality of your existing data and systems.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. All fees are due per the agreed schedule. Golden Wave Consulting reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.
Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, scripts, and materials created by Golden Wave Consulting remain the intellectual property of Golden Wave Consulting unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Confidentiality
We agree to keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver our services or as required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Golden Wave Consulting's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
